Making A Purchase

• Online:  

  We use PayPal to securely process your payments, however you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase - please follow the instructions at checkout and click on paypal.  This will lead to PayPals secure site and on the left you you see an option to pay without opening an PayPal account.  All Credit / Debit Cards are accepted by PayPal.

  Browse through our online shop and click on any item that you wish to purchase - if there are Options Boxes which do not apply to the item you want, select "N/A" on the remaining option boxes. This places your selection into a "Shopping Cart". When you have finished and wish to complete your oder, click on "Checkout" and you will then be asked to complete a few details which we need to process your order. Payments via this site are processed by PayPal  which is a secure server. Credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site or server. We know of no ducumented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
• If we do not have the item you have ordered in stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone and let you know approximately how long you could expect for delivery. If you wish, you may cancel the order if that delivery delay in inconvenient and your PayPal payment will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Handling

We try to ensure that orders are handled and shipped as quickly as possible. most economical The cost of post and packaging is FREE for all orders within the UK. We use the Royal Mail, Recorded-Signed-For Second Class service with a Delivery Aim of 3 days.  This offer only applies for shipping to destinations with UK Post Code.  Please email us for any non-UK orders or requests for special deliveries.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock , then we will place it on back-order for you. If you would rather not wait for an item, simply e-mail us to cancel any back-ordered items.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to begin working on your order immediately if received during the working week, however please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Returns Policy

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days of delivery and refunds will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the unused goods.  We are unable to refund any postage costs and recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for loss of return parcels. All tights and makup are a final sale. Your statutory rights are not affected.  We will exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges.

Guarantee

All products sold are brand new, unused and as supplied directly to us from the respective manufacturers and/or distributors.  We do not sell second hand or used products unless clearly specified otherwise.  No items are sent out on a "trial" basis.
